Terms and Conditions 2024-25

  1. Introduction These are the terms and conditions of Eddit Music Productions ("Company", "we", "our", "us") for the 2024-25 season. By using our music production or vocals services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms").

  1. Services and Turnaround Time

    2.1 Project Turnaround Time The standard turnaround time for projects is 2-3 weeks from the date we receive the full project brief. If the project brief is not received at least 3 weeks in advance, the turnaround time may be delayed.

2.2 Expedited Turnaround Times (Rush Fees) For projects requiring expedited turnaround times, additional fees will apply:

  • Mixes needed within 5 days or less will incur a 20% late fee per mix, calculated from the total project cost.
  • Mixes needed within 3 days or less will incur a 30% late fee per mix, calculated from the total project cost.

  1. 2.3 Edits and Revisions Edits and revisions are typically completed within 1-2 weeks, depending on the scope of the edit. The timeline for edits will be communicated to you upon request. Please note that free edits are not included for mistakes or problems arising due to unclear instructions or 8count sheets from Silver, Gold, and Elite mix packages. 

  1. Payment Terms

    3.1 Deposit A 50% deposit is required to book a mix. This deposit confirms your booking and allows us to schedule and allocate resources for your project. Payment can be made via Paypal, Bank Transfer (Venmo/Zelle) or by debit/credit card at www.edditproductions.com.


3.2 Final Payment The balance of the payment must be made before the delivery of the final high-quality (HQ) mixes. We will notify you when the final mixes are ready, and upon receipt of the remaining balance, the mixes will be delivered. Low-quality versions will be available for listening purposes before the balance is paid.


  1. Client Responsibilities

    4.1 Providing Project Brief / 8count Sheets You are responsible for providing a complete and clear brief for your mixes including gym/team names, division, themes, team mottos or sayings, clear and correctly filled 8count sheets, and any other information essential to your mix. Delays in any of the above may result in delayed turnaround times for your project.


4.2 Feedback and Communication Timely feedback and communication are essential to ensure the project stays on schedule. Please respond promptly to any requests for feedback or additional information.


  1. Intellectual Property

    5.1 Ownership of Content All content created by Eddit Music Productions remains the intellectual property of Eddit Music Productions. Ownership of all music remains with us. Music is licensed per season, and the license must be renewed annually to be reused for additional seasons.

    5.2 Use of Content You grant us the right to use excerpts of the final mixes for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  2. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eddit Music Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
  3. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Eddit Music Productions harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
  4. Modifications to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our Site. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
  5. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
  6. Confidentiality All client information and project details will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with any third parties without your consent.
