This document, issued by Eddit Cheer Music Productions (also known as The Vox Spot), serves as official confirmation of the music licensing rights granted to the recipient named below. This license pertains specifically to the audio file(s) delivered within the stated distribution period, as well as any authorized revisions of those files made by Eddit Cheer Music Productions during that time.

The licensed material — including any modified or derivative works — is intended solely for use in the context of cheerleading and dance practices, performances, and competitions. Any usage beyond this scope, or any unauthorized editing, distribution, or repurposing of the content, will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in legal consequences, including copyright infringement claims and potential statutory damages.


✅ Permissions & Restrictions


The Music Producer/Editor Is Permitted To:

  • Modify and edit the provided audio files for the licensee’s use.
  • Deliver and distribute derivative versions of the music to the licensee.
  • Include excerpts or versions of these recordings in their professional demo reel or portfolio.


The Licensee Is Permitted To:

  • Use the licensed audio in practice settings.
  • Listen to the music for personal enjoyment.
  • Share up to 40 copies with team-affiliated athletes, coaches, or event producers for performance and playback.
  • Synchronize the music with video, choreography, or performance footage, as long as:
    • The artist credit “Eddit Productions or The Vox Spot (TVP)” is clearly included.
    • The usage reflects competitive, scholastic, or recreational cheer or dance activity.

The Music Producer/Editor May Not:

  • Alter the original composition or lyrics without express permission from the publisher.
  • Create mashups or combine this content with other music unless approved by the publisher.
  • Sell or distribute the raw audio files in their original, unedited form.
  • Use these files in any pre-packaged or pre-made mix sold to other clients.

🚫 

The Licensee May Not:

  • Exceed 40 distributed copies of the licensed material.
  • Sell, resell, donate, sublicense, or transfer the music to any third party.
  • Alter the recordings, melodies, lyrics, or structure of the music in any way.

Eddit Cheer Music Productions (aka The Vox Spot) certifies that all content provided under this license is either fully original or properly licensed for use.
